What we do
We are a veteran-owned training company. We go to your facility, train your employees, and mentor them live while they work. We train nonprofit building managers, and we give well-rounded trainings to case managers, leadership, and security and safety staff.
We lead by example and set a standard to uphold, to give the best quality of service.

Our mission
Be Shepherd is a beacon of hope for those in need. Our mission is to guide and support organizations that serve people suffering from homelessness, drug addiction, alcoholism and mental illness. We are dedicated to teaching and training professionals to do this work safely and compassionately, enabling them to make a real difference in the lives of those they serve. We mentor them live, on the job
Training does not stop in the classroom. We mentor your staff live while they are working, during their regular hours. That is mentorship.
