Crisis Intervention Training
Practical tools to manage high-stress situations with confidence, empathy, and control.
About this training
At Be Shepherd, we offer comprehensive crisis intervention training that equips you with the skills to monitor and control dangerous behaviors displayed within the population you serve. Our training ensures that you are able to keep everyone safe while providing the necessary support during high-stress situations. With our program, you will be able to confidently intervene during crises and provide the necessary assistance to those in need.
What your team will work on
- Recognizing the early signs that a situation is escalating
- Monitoring and responding to dangerous behavior before it becomes an incident
- Keeping clients, staff, and bystanders safe during high-stress situations
- Intervening with confidence and giving the right support in the moment
- Working as a team so no one handles a crisis alone
How we deliver it
We come to your facility. Your team trains where they work, around their shifts, so your managers and supervisors do not have to find the time to teach. Afterward, we can mentor your staff live while they work, so the training shows up on the floor.
Pricing built around your facility
Every facility is different, so we do not use a fixed price list. We build a custom proposal for each client, based on:
- The number of staff you want trained, and their roles
- How many sites or buildings you run
- Which trainings and services you choose
- How much live, on-the-job mentorship you want
- Your shifts and schedule
