Yes. We go to your facilities. Training and mentorship happen on site, with your team, in the building where they work.

We come to your facility and look at how your team and your operation are running. We show you where time and money are being spent that you may not know about, and how training and mentorship can make you more efficient. There is no charge for the evaluation.

Mentorship means we work alongside your staff while they are doing their jobs, during their regular work hours. Instead of only teaching in a classroom, we coach your employees live, in real situations, as they happen.

Yes. Many managers and supervisors do not have time to teach their employees. We go to your site and train them for you, then mentor them on the job so the training sticks.

We train nonprofit building managers, case managers, program leadership, and security and safety staff, along with the front desk, residential, and outreach teams who work beside them. Our clients are organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness, drug addiction, alcoholism, and mental illness.

We offer Engagement Training, Crisis Intervention Training, Facility Safety Training, and Boundaries and Ethics Training. We also provide Mentorship and Staffing, Quality Assurance for documentation, Health Referral Services, and a Pet Assistance Referral Program.

We are based in Los Angeles and serve all of Southern California, including Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, Kern County, San Luis Obispo County, and Imperial County.

Every facility is different, so we do not use a fixed price list. We customize pricing for each client based on the size of your team, the number of sites, the trainings you choose, and how much live mentorship you want. The evaluation is free, and after it you receive a proposal built for your facility.

Boundaries and Ethics is a three-hour training. For our other trainings, we schedule around your team and your shifts.
