Personal information we collect

Information you send us. When you call us, email us, or use a request form, you may give us your name, organization, job role, email address, phone number, the city your facility is in, the number of staff you have, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in your message or review.

The request forms on this site do not send your information to a database. They prepare an email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you press send in that app.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site (Vercel Inc.) automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Information stored on your device. If you use the accessibility options, your choices are saved in your browser so they stay on as you move between pages. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use personal information

• To prepare a quote or schedule a free evaluation, training, or mentorship

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and when the law requires it.

Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not track you over time or across other websites. We do not allow other parties to collect personal information about your online activity on this site. Since the site does not track visitors, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

California's "Shine the Light" law lets residents ask how a business shares personal information with other companies for their direct marketing. We do not share personal information for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and client records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide services, and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.

Children

This website is for organizations and working professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we link to another website, that site's own privacy practices apply once you leave ours.
