Our commitment

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most often used to measure website accessibility in California and across the United States. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review the site as we add to it.

Select Accessibility at the top of any page to turn on:

• Larger text across the whole site
• High contrast colors
• Underlined links so links are easier to spot
• A simpler font for headings
• Stop animations to remove motion

How the site is built

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, and the item in focus is clearly outlined
• A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and labels for screen readers
• Images have text descriptions
• Form fields have visible labels
• Text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom without breaking the layout
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations turn off automatically
• The site works on phones, tablets, and computers

Known limitations

• Our service images include words that are part of the picture. The same words are provided as a text description for screen readers and repeated as text on each service page.
• The request forms open your own email app. If that does not work for you, call us and we will take your request by phone.
