Mentorship and Staffing
Develop stronger teams with hands-on mentorship and access to trained, reliable staff.
About this service
Find your calling in helping others with Be Shepherd’s Mentorship and Staffing program. We specialize in providing mentorship for shelters and low-income housing apartments, focusing specifically on dealing with highly stressful situations. We also offer staffing for case management, security, and leadership, so you can rest assured that your shelter is in good hands. With our program, you can even start a new homeless shelter, equipped with all the essentials you need to start your program and make a difference in your community.
What is included
- Mentorship for shelter and low-income housing teams in highly stressful situations
- Staffing for case management roles
- Staffing for security roles
- Staffing for leadership roles
- Support for starting a new homeless shelter with the essentials in place
How we deliver it
We come to your facility. Your team trains where they work, around their shifts, so your managers and supervisors do not have to find the time to teach. Afterward, we can mentor your staff live while they work, so the training shows up on the floor.
Pricing built around your facility
Every facility is different, so we do not use a fixed price list. We build a custom proposal for each client, based on:
- The number of staff you want trained, and their roles
- How many sites or buildings you run
- Which trainings and services you choose
- How much live, on-the-job mentorship you want
- Your shifts and schedule
